EASTERN BRANCH BOYS & GIRLS CLUB

The Eastern Branch Boys and Girls Club development will revitalize the vacant stretch of the Hill East community into a vibrant, walkable neighborhood for families of various shapes and sizes. The project will create much-needed family housing and community space in an existing, obsolete facility and reactivate the otherwise vacant building. This building will house 30 to 35 residential units of for sale workforce and affordable dwelling units, drawing a diverse mix of residents and families to the Hill East area and creating a new community with a range of incomes and units to accommodate a range of family sizes.
